Nike Air Max 1 Chinatown New York (2020)

Symbolic of the vibrant energy associated with the New York City neighborhood it draws inspiration from, the Air Max 1 NYC Chinatown, is a bold, colourful sneaker. Crimson red is offset by the black suede overlays and patent leather. Pops of neon-esque colour adorn the outline of Nike’s signature swoosh, and the tongue sports a bright yellow colour. The white midsole features a visible Air unit, and rests atop a multi-coloured outsole. An embroidered image of a creature from Chinese mythology can be found on the heel tab, a nod to the sneaker’s inspiration.
